# API Mercado

> An API marketplace. Providers publish HTTP APIs priced per request; consumers prepay a balance and call every API through one gateway with a single Key. To sell an API, start with https://docs.apimercado.com/publish-an-api/index.md.

Every API page has a markdown twin at `<page>/llms.txt`: an agent setup guide with the gateway URL, how to get a Key, a typed client snippet and the endpoint list.
