Subscriber Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Service.

Capital Enesti Inc. ("the Marketplace") operates a directory and API gateway that connects you ("Subscriber") with independent third-party API providers ("Providers"). The Marketplace is not the provider of any API listed here.

By subscribing to an API you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Provider is the merchant of record. The Provider — not the Marketplace — is solely responsible for the API, its data, its availability, its support, and the lawfulness of the service it offers.
2. Payments go to the Provider. For paid plans, your payment is processed to the Provider through Stripe. The Marketplace charges the Provider a fee but is not a party to the sale. Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes are handled by the Provider under their own terms.
3. No warranty from the Marketplace. The Marketplace provides discovery and gateway routing "as is" and makes no warranty about any Provider's API.
4. Your data. Requests you send through a subscribed API are delivered to the Provider's systems. The Provider's privacy practices govern that data; review the Provider's documentation before sending sensitive information.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard.
