Provider Agreement

This Provider Agreement is between Capital Enesti Inc. ("the Marketplace") and you or the entity you represent ("Provider").
- Your listing. You may list APIs you are authorised to distribute. You are the merchant of record for every subscription to your APIs.
- Content & liability. You are solely responsible for your API, its data, its lawfulness, and any claims arising from its use. You will not list APIs that are illegal, infringing, malicious, or that you are not entitled to offer.
- Fees. The Marketplace charges a platform fee (collected as a Stripe
application_feeon consumer charges). The fee in effect is shown in your dashboard. - Identity. You must provide and keep current your legal name, contact email, and country of establishment.
- Suspension. The Marketplace may suspend or remove a listing that violates this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
- Payments. Consumer payments flow to your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for refunds, taxes, and compliance for your sales.
By accepting, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
